On the 27th January a large group of staff members from our three primary schools in Limerick, met for an evening of sharing on our Salesian ethos. Betty Baker FMA, Principal of Fernbank Primary School, welcomed Dr. Donal Murray, Bishop of Limerick. She thanked him for taking time out of his busy schedule to speak to the staffs on the topic "Holistic and Person - Centred Education".
This is the strand of our Ethos Document (shared by all the Salesian Family in Ireland) which is the focus of our educational efforts this year. Again, as previously, there was a sense that this occasion was appreciated by all, as an opportunity for people inspired by the same spirit, to meet together and to engage with input on our ethos.
